In addition to processes, open standards, and best practices, Sage IT uses a proven 4-phase methodology when approaching a Managed Services engagement:
1. Determine current actual service levels and costs.
2. Define desired service levels and budget, and a transition plan to reach them.
3. Implement the transition plan and run the new operation.
4. Measure results and drive continual improvements.
During your transition to Sage IT Managed Services, our IT experts will analyze your requirements and deliver a plan that fits your operational and budgetary needs. Your Sage IT site manager will lead the plan's implementation, and then run the team according to our established processes and procedures.
As the engagement moves forward, we will regularly report our progress and work with you to identify and evaluate additional process or technology changes that can further increase cost savings and improve service.

Q4. What commitment do I need to make to Sage IT Services?
You can start as small or as large as you would like. Sometimes clients are not in a position to make a large, long-term commitment, yet they still have significant ongoing IT challenges. Sage IT offers several Managed Service options which range from short-term project management teams to comprehensive, service-level-based solutions.
Additionally, we don't rope you into a stiff long-term contract with onerous cancellation clauses. If at some point you decide to move away from us, you own the documentation, databases, and other tools, all with our improvements and modifications.
