Biography of Garreth Mawdsley- Vice President

Garreth began his IT career a decade ago in South Africa in the physical network industry with intensive exposure to CAT5 UTP and Optic Fibre implementation.

He navigated his way through the industry and progressed to PC support and consulting. Applying himself to large-scale implementations he was appointed the National IT Operations Manager for a company consisting of 1200 users and 30 branches (much to the dismay of his wife and social calendar!).  His responsibilities included IT policies, hardware standards, planning and implementation of projects, assisting the board of directors with company rebranding and expansion, as well as ERP system management and IT auditing.

Garreth completed a Management and Development Program through the University of Stellenbosch, Cape Town in 2007 and attended various relevant industry-specific courses.

Biography of Michael Koehn - Director of Medical IT

 Michael is a medical information technology administrator and counselor. He received his Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Thompson Rivers University in 2001. After working in corporate computer support settings for several years, he chose to specialize in medical information hardware, software, and networking. Michael has managed technology systems for a number of private medical clinics and doctor's offices in addition to thousands of other clients throughout his career.

Michael is responsible for maintaining  information technology infrastructure including fiber optic networks, paperless medical office software, PACS connectivity to partner institutions, clinic workstations and servers, MRI connectivity and networking.

Biography of Samantha Kostick - Office Manager

 Samantha is the heart of the Sage I.T. Services office. With over 11 years experience in client care and office management she brings with her a drive for perfection as well as exceptional organizational and managment skills.

Samantha is an extremely motivated, resourceful and organized person. She presents the highest level of integrity, reliability and personal responsibility at all times. As a mother of two girls Samantha is a master of multi-tasking.

Our scheduling system, CRM and information flow rests in Samantha's hands.

Biography of Justin G. - Systems Administrator

 Justin is an accomplished systems and network administrator with experience using open and closed source applications in high-use, high-availability environments. He actively applies good administration practices to ensure a secure, usable environment for clients. With a strong background in documentation and user education he is proving invaluable to Sage I.T. Services Inc.

He posess a methodical and meticulous troubleshooting ability as well as strongly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
